A superbly balanced single malt finished in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks
Nose: Figs and dark plumbs with a trace of strawberry and black pepper adding a really nice lift to the superb nose, leather and polished wood with tobacco leaf, some demerara and honey coated cashews.
Palate: Some rich chocolate and sweet malt loaf, strawberry coulis, ruby pink chocolate, crushed almonds and a little sweet vanilla, maple syrup over toasted waffles, lots of dark and very rich fruits, a smooth and spiced finish that makes you want just one more drop.
