Nose: Dry sherry notes on the front of the nose, some soft flinty notes, hints of dried damson, peaches and spiced apple, very rich and nutty aromas with a touch of old school sherry notes of leather and polished oak.
Palate: Warming and sweet with a moment in the glass this dram pushes itself out in all directions on the palate, honey glazed fruits, dark chocolate and whipped creamy fudge, spiced apple strudel and mellow vanilla.
Warming and very smooth with a great balance of sweet spices in the lingering finish.
