Nose: Smoke and bold peaty notes, smoked barbeque meats, hints of charred bonfire wood, dried banana and vanilla custard add a great contrast to the nose.
Palate: The smoke and peat notes from the nose add a warming and sweet smoke note to the front of the palate, with a tangy citrus, toasted oats, walnuts and flaked almonds, fresh and bright orchard fruits led the finish, with a hint of fruit cake and spice to round things off.
