Oxley London Dry Gin is produced via 'cold distillation', using a vacuum to remove pressure within the stills allowing the temperature to fall -5°C where the distillate then boils! This unique way to produce a spirit allows Oxley to capture the delicate flavours from the botanicals which other gins lose in their distillation process.
TASTING NOTES
Nose – Clean and sharp. Juniper comes to the forefront with notes of cherry blossom and pine
Palate – Citrus, namely lemon peel and grapefruit burst through and soft finish of aniseed
Finish – Juniper holds all the way through with a warming wave of cinnamon
