Milk & Honey Apex Rum Cask 57.3% - 70cl
Nose: A creamy banana and honey, some vanilla and spices, elderflower and rich dark chocolate flakes, some soft dark fruit notes and a hint of pepper and coconut.
Palate: Sweet spices with a nice balance of dark fruit and rich molasses from the cask push forward on the palate, with a nice rich tropical fruit and soft herbal note of cloves and nutmeg with a touch of cinnamon, coconut flakes and light minty notes with a touch of cocoa and light pepper, some pineapple and peach in the lingering rich finish.
