Nose: Soft notes of sweet fruits, quince and honey, some tobacco leaf and subtle notes of sweet sherried oak, ground coffee beans and sweet spice.
Palate: A balanced and very rich opening on the palate, crisp brandy snaps, sweet apricots and ginger spices, chocolate and black cherries, some mulberry jam, ground coffee and whipped cream, mellow honey building to a rich and lingering finish.
