It’s been made from Moscato Bianco wines, along with a secret blend of botanicals. ‘Ambrato’ simply means ‘amber’ – the colour of the vermouth. It’s said to pair particularly well with Gorgonzola, Provolone and Stilton, as well as ham, cheese croquettes and arancini. Serve it with tonic for a taste of the Italian sunshine.
Tasting note: Light and zesty with citrus peels, jasmine blossom and elderflower, in with green herbal notes.
