A beautiful independent bottling from Speyside distillery Mannochmore, known for its light, breezy, floral style. The team at Càrn Mòr spotted this collection of ex-bourbon hogsheads and vatted them for this 2023 release. One of just 794 bottles, this is a wonderfully summery dram.
Tasting note:
Nose: Gentle tropical fruits, hay, and citrus peels give a light, aromatic introduction, before muesli and white chocolate arrive.
Palate: Luxuriously smooth with honey, jasmine, granola, coconut, toasted almonds and subtle sweet spices.
Finish: Medium length and toasty.
