A superb rare vintage from 1971 Aged in sherry casks for 23 Years bottled at 43% Vol 

Distilled over 51 years ago bottled around 28 years ago, this is a true historical  whisky gem. 

Nose: Deep red strawberry and ripe plumbs, some dark chocolate and soft caramel, damsons and berries. 

Palate: Smooth and very rich, a creamy velvet mouth feel, the with milk chocolate and forest fruits, some golden honey and a hint of ginger, a little hint of spices like cinnamon and a touch of ground coffee, red velvet cake, a nice and balanced finish of dark fruits and soft toffee.
