Lindores The Casks of Lindores Sherry Cask 49.4% Vol – 70cl   

The 3rd Cask of Lindores is matured in Oloroso Sherry Butts.   

Nose: Milk Chocolate and dark fruits, some soft creamy notes of fudge and soft nutty notes, with a little hint of orchard fruits, sultana, and some gingerbread.   

 Palate: Like the nose the palate is a rich combination of smooth and rich flavours. With lots of mellow smooth fruity tones of sultana, raisin, peach, and apricot, with a hint of candied orange and soft vanilla, demerara sugar, cinnamon and golden brioche with chocolate chips, light hints of ginger and brandy snaps, waffles golden honeycomb and whipped cream, soft spices adding a nice edge to this deliciously smooth single malt.   

For a smooth dram the finish is nicely balanced and very lingering.
