James Eadie's Trade Mark X 45.6% Vol 

This brand has been around the whisky world since 1854, with the Trade Mark X being branded and incorporated in to the family blend after the trade mark act of 1877 came into effect.

Over the years the brand vanished into memory until 2017 when it was revisited and released back into the world of whiskies.  

With a series of whiskies long associated with the distilleries trusted and liked by the family, including some now long lost distilleries, this way they have stuck to the trusted recipe of the original Trade Mark X, matured in American and sherry oak casks. 

Nose: With some sherry cask notes alongside some warming sweet peat smoke, toasted nuts and candied orange peel, dates and chocolate, some summer grass and tropical fruits. 

Palate: Some sweet forest fruits, with a hint of dried peach and smoked notes flowing in and out across the palate, with dark fruits, demerara and spices, some nutty notes, orchard fruits, some rummy tones and cocoa nibs.
