Hand-harvested sugar kelp is front and centre, giving a real maritime influence. It lines up alongside coriander seed, cubeb pepper, bitter orange peel, angelica root, cassia bark, orris root, liquorice root and, of course, juniper to keep the wider profile pretty classic. Crisp and herbal yet with a touch of fruity florals, it’s the ideal Martini gin.
