Iconic Orkney single malt distillery Highland Park has been given the legendary Octave treatment by independent bottler Duncan Taylor. This 18-year-old bottling was distilled back in 2004, with its last few months spent in a tiny little Octave cask to amp up the flavour intensity. It yielded just 88 bottles, each released at a cask strength of 53.9% ABV.
