Matured only in first fill sherry seasoned oak casks,
Nose: A very rich sherry nose, lots of sweet fruity candied citrus peel, some soft vanilla and a hint of milk chocolate fudge, some sweet spices, soft sweet oak notes, with a little golden honey.
Palate: A superbly rich opening on the palate, some spicy notes, with a hint of dark fruits, vanilla and soft toffee, orange peel, honeycomb and nutmeg, malt loaf, some damson's and red berries leading to a long and taste driven finish.
