Nose: Lots of smooth aromatics come from the glass, with summer fruits like soft ripe Apricot, peaches and hints of star fruit, vanilla and soft whipped fudge, caramel coated banana, hints of rich butterscotch and light sweet spices.
Palate: With dried spiced fruits, vanilla and honey add a nice creamy mid palate, the sherry cask flows across the whole palate with red and dark sweet fruits, candied orange and a little hint of sweet cherries, dark and brooding chocolate, caramel wafer and vanilla pod.
