鼻子：深色，带有优雅的鼻子和淡淡的橡木香气。有趣的焦糖布丁和烤糖的味道带来了浓郁的焦糖水果和柑橘皮的味道，最后是抛光橡木的味道。
味道：甜美而浓缩，带有果酱黑醋栗果味。中味大。典型的后腭收紧。加水后变得更加朴素，但在其他方面却充满了雪利酒的甜味和强烈的炭化效果。
余味干净，最初甜美，非常令人愉快。绿豆具有类似黑巧克力的可可特性。由于深烧焦的橡木，余味中带有淡淡的烟熏味。
