‘When a Clynelish is bad, it’s good. When a Clynelish is good, it’s exceptional.’ That’s a saying we have here at Milroy’s – and this 30-year-old bottling is very much at the ‘exceptional’ end of that spectrum. Bottled exclusively for us as part of our 60th anniversary celebrations, this release is a marriage of two casks both matured in 1993. One was waxy in flavour, the other incredibly fruity. Combined, they offer a remarkable take on this much-celebrated Highland single malt Scotch distillery.
