Briottet Blue Curaçao 25% ABV
A wonderful example of the classic blue curaçao liqueur, made by distilling bitter and Seville orange zests along with aromatic plants. The truest of blues, and an iconic cocktail ingredient. Essential for a Blue Lagoon, blue curaçao is also ideal for adding a colourful twist to all manner of classic serves.
Tasting note: An inviting orange zest nose, followed by a surprisingly delicate, floral palette. Soft and sweet, but not at all cloying.
