A limited release aged in PX sherry casks from Bonnington Distillery, the first single malt distillery in Leith for nearly 100 years. The distillery was commissioned in 2019 and began production in 2020, providing an exciting new name in scotch whisky.

The distillery takes it's name from the original Bonnington House, a military HQ during the siege of Edinburgh castle. Ruins of the old fortifications were discovered while building the foundations of the distillery, inspiring he citadel icon on their logo.

Nose: Bold red fruits, fresh oak and a slight confectionary note.

Palate: Fresher on the palate, grassy notes mixed with sugar dusted berries.

Finish: Long warming tannins.
