This expression is a vatting of some of the distillery’s oldest first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels, produced from single-farm, floor-malted barley. Fermented for seven days before distillation in alembic pot stills, this is a fruit-forward, multi-layered and complex spirit. Just 7,000 bottles have been made available.
