Matured in a tiny 30-litre new oak cask, the powerful, smoky expression brings together fresh fruitiness with a classic peat profile. It’s a fitting addition to the Soho Selection collection, which celebrates young, esoteric spirits, bottling them with as much transparency as possible.
Tasting note:
Nose: Smoky sweetness immediately comes to the fore with salted caramel, bonfire ash and toasted oak notes.
Palate: The smoke builds with a more aromatic, cedar-like quality, with cinnamon, pear and toffee apple notes arriving later.
Finish: Long with the smoke and sweet spices lingering on.
