Nose: A superb fruity nose with an abundance of tropical fruits, hints of Passion fruit head the line up with a sweet Pineapple and tangy Citrus notes, the sherry cask has had a balanced influence on the nose, oak aged balsamic, some soft red grapes, and a hint of strawberry, soft nutty tones with creamy notes holding this nose together perfectly.
Palate: The character of tropical fruits is obvious from the first sip, A nice coating taste of Scottish tablet and honey, with a slow but steady build-up of a more tangy mid palate, soft honey coated hazelnuts, crushed white chocolate, spices and rich after taste of citrus and kiwis add to the richness of this fantastic vintage.
