Nose: Summer fruits, soft farmhouse baked bread and fresh churned butter, some mulberry, damson and peach, hints of red and blue berries and a little toasted oak.
Palate: Warming and rich notes across the palate, sweet and dry spices, hints of light coastal tones, candied ginger and orange, some dark fruits and treacle toffee, some popcorn with caramel coating, dried peach and very subtle spiced apple, some nutty notes of walnut and pecans, lingering rich and complex tones across the whole palate and the amazing finish of fruits and spices.
