The Battersea-based producer is the real deal: there’s a full micro-brewery, three rectification columns and a 1,500 litre pot still – and they’re one of the few distilleries of their size to make everything from scratch. Including this vodka! It’s got a beautifully creamy mouthfeel and is magnificent in all manner of cocktails.
