Matured in refill bourbon barrel before and final two years in Cotie Rotie Wine Cask.
Nose: Summer pudding, some sweet berries and hints of fresh baked warm brioche, tangerines and clementine's adding a sweet citrus aroma, tangy notes of liquorice root and damsons.
Palate: The summer fruits on the nose come into play on the palate from the start, the ripe hint of berries on the mid palate was balanced with a soft minty note, black pepper and clementine's, toasted cinnamon buns, fresh baked shortbread fingers, a medium spice and fruit note in the finish.
