Auchroisk (Ah-thrusk) 是 Flora and Fauna 系列自 2001 年以来的另一种表达方式。这家酿酒厂成立于 1974 年，是一家调酒厂，很快就发现这种液体太好了，不能作为单一麦芽威士忌出售。
光滑，酒体轻盈至中等。
鼻子：温和的鼻子具有力量。甜美清新。杏仁粉的味道立即显现出来，甚至还有干杏仁糖。丙酮。后面有一些黑巧克力（这会向牛奶巧克力方向发展）。变得越来越疯狂。用水打开：清新且有酯味。丙酮、熟梨、溶剂。后面有淡淡的油腻味，可能是坚果油。疯狂的感觉仍然很明显。另外，后面有一个非常浅的炭化。
口感：需要大量的水。清淡清新；口感宜人。开头甜甜的，有点酸。令人惊讶的是干燥，相当短——一切都非常平衡。
