Allt A' Mhullin 30 Year Old 1991 Rosie's Cask 48% 70cl 

1991, this single cask Allt A 'Mhullin single malt from Roslin Distillers was purchased by Aaron Ross's late father, Alexander, as a gift for his mother, Rosie. The cask remained in the Ben Nevis warehouse for 20 years, before being bottled in June 2021 as a tribute to Rosie and Alexander's time at Ben Nevis.  

Nose: A creamy citrus note with a fresh almost minty tones, hints of red grapes and vanilla, some floral notes, with heather and honey making a rich mid tone, hints of tobacco leaf and mango adding a very distinct and tantalising aroma.  

Palate: A refreshing smooth and fruity opening on the palate, soft nectarines, peaches and pineapple, some creamy coconut and a hint of soft honey, summer fruits like peach, apricots, passion fruit, zesty kiwi fruit, vanilla and a touch orange zest.  

This is an incredible vintage well worth pouring out and relaxing with while the world rolls by.
