Nose: Spice and almond, some charcoal and cut oak with spices and sea salted caramel, some lemon and hints of lime
Palate: Sweet and dry spices mixing in with a rich coastal note, some sweet baked pears and apples, ginger and warming spiced fruits, mellow for a moment before it comes rushing back in across the palate like an ebbing tide with smoke and sweet peat, some shortbread and delicate honey help build a lingering finish.
