Nose: Some soft and creamy notes with a rich and complex mix of Rye spice with soft, leather gentle vanilla, and soft charred oak, with hints of honeydew melon and chocolate
Palate: The nose indicated this bourbon had a twist and its right here on the palate, with a sweet and rich toasted oak, smoked toffee caramel and hints of Demerara sugar, a little hint of vanilla notes with hints of burnt orange, oak, and dried plum.
This is a great tasting Bourbon that keeps the tradition of a classic bourbon but with a very enjoyable twist.
