Worthy Park Estate Reserve
Nose: Bold upfront Aromas with toasted fruit, rich rounded Smoked kippers, bonfire embers with a spicy nutty tone, damson, with other dark fruits pushing through, as this rum sits in the glass it slowly opens itself up to reveal a creamier and rounded aroma.  
Palate: The contrast betoken nose and palate is striking at time as the fist sip is superbly smooth and fruity, then the taste builds up with a tangy spicy mid tone of pepper and rich ginger and honey notes, more spices lead to the finish that is a smooth yet bold.      With a rich taste of dark toffee, what feels like peat smoke on the palate before a vanilla and dry spice takes over. 
This is a great and complex rum that takes you around and about as it challenges your palate in a good way
