Nose: Some pungent but very inviting coastal notes, seaweed on the beach, salty toffee and sawn wood. with a great whiff of smoke and peat.
Palate: Bonfire night toasted marshmallow, red peppers and green tea, some spiced toffee crisp before a rich seaweed and smoke note arrived across the whole palate, some toffee apple shell and BBQ meats.
