Ireland’s Waterford is a distillery known for its regenerative agriculture practices — and Luna is the first expression to be made from fully dynamic barley. Full of flavour and sparklingly vibrant, it is named after the goddess of the moon, which sums up its connection with the natural world. 

Tasting notes from Waterford:

Nose: Plums, apricot jam, fresh fruit salad, cold coffee, lemon drizzle cake, milk chocolate, fresh soil, bread proofing, brown sugar, herbal tea, damp hay, almonds

Palate: Spice, white pepper, cloves, green peppers, jalapenos, dark chocolate, liquorice, malted biscuits, grapefruit, peppermint tea

Finish: Mint tea, spice, dry, mouth watering
