Nose: Some rich fruits, candied banana and soft vanilla custard slices, soft chewy caramel, soft leather notes, and dark fruits come in to play as the rum opens nicely in the glass.
Palate: Demerara sugar coated cereal, dark runny honey, a hint of dry spices mingle with a creamy mid note on the palate, some darker forest fruits, hints of soft fudge, fruit cake with cherries and vanilla pod.
A nice balance from the nose to the finish of this very drinkable rum.
