Nose: Some dry fruity notes on the nose, some stoned fruit and soft sweet pepper, hints of cinnamon and soft leather, a warming rich aromatic build-up on the nose as this rum opens in the glass.
Palate: Smooth and tangy, hints of dark fruits, orange oils, soft toffee and milk chocolate coated raisins, some dark fruit cake and a little hint of banana bread, a nice balance of sweet and dry spices, soft caramel and honey richness.
