Toutain 8 Year Old Vieux Calvados 40% - 70cl  (Called Old or the Old Man)

This Calvados begins to associate the flavors of wood with those of apple. This balance allows, among other things, to serve it as a digestive or cocktail.

Nose: Lots of fruity aromas opening the aromas on the nose, with a tangy sweet fruit, apples and dark fruit, a hint of dryness with a touch of oak and leather, some floral notes arrive to give a nice body to the already rich nose.

Palate: A great balance of fruits and sweet spices, some ripe apples delicate vanilla and touches of sweet and dry summer fruit, a nice hint of peppery tones adding a nice little uplift in the lingering finish.
