You will get the great taste of Calvados but with a longer maturation it adds a whole new range of tones across the palate, let it open in the glass to sip slowly as a digestive.
Nose: Sweet orchard apples, with hints of rich spices, some delicate oak and toasted caramel, toffee apple candy shell, creamy with a nice cinnamon and gentle honey.
Palate: First off this is super rich across the palate, even after a good time in the glass it keeps an amazing taste, classic hints of calvados throughout, with a dark toffee vanilla note, some soft fondant and fruit, with a nice ripe apple undertone with spices and hints of toasted oak.

Mahogany colour, clear and shiny.
Nose: Nose woody, soft, toasted, with notes of cinnamon and candied fruit. This is followed by vanilla notes that give way to fruitiness.
Palate: Soft and round in the mouth. This Calvados is intense, elegant and long in the mouth. It carries aromas of vanilla, wood, up to the aromas of fruit that come in the end after long minutes.
