Nose: From the moment his dram hits the glass you get a smooth aroma, with sherry and fruit cake on the front of the aroma, Dates and Damson arrive alongside some hints of leather and tangy orange.
Palate: A superb palate from the start, chocolate and honey, dried citrus peel with a touch of black pepper, creamy coffee and vanilla wrap themselves into the palate, a nice balance between spice and fruit with a rich creamy vanilla and hints of melon.
