Tomatin Cask Strength  57.5% Matured in Bourbon and sherry cask to deliver a great tasting highland single malt. 

Nose: A bold smooth nose of tangy citrus and spiced fruits with some dry berries, some vanilla and honeycomb, ginger spices, dark fruit cake with a touch of shortbread. 

Palate: Crisp apple and citrus notes, some spices with a hint of marzipan to the front and middle of the palate, as the dram opens it becomes a little sweeter, malted fruit cake, some ginger and honeycomb, with hints of barley sugar and red berries, spices in the long lingering finish.
