Nose: A complex and aromatic nose of lemon and cardamom, spices and hints of
berries, hard rock candy and citrus peels. Juniper and peppery edges.
Palate: soft elderflower and red berries star the palate off nicely, a more lively mid palate has sweet orange and tangy lemon with strawberries and cracked black pepper. A lingering smooth springtime floral flavour builds to a complex and very satisfying finish of Angelica root with a creamy citrus edge that adds to the very enjoyable finish of this gin.
