Nose: With great age comes a great aroma, lots of creamy dark caramel, golden soft fruits, some sweet honey and delicate spices, the sherry cask has added such a rich decadent aroma its far too tempting.
Plate: Rich fruit cake and a delicate hint of Ganesh line the front of the palate, sweet warming dark fruits and fresh cream, black berries and Bakewell tart.
