Matured in both Sherry and Bourbon casks, the whiskies in this release are from Ardnamurchan distillery in Scotland and High Coast in Sweden.
Nose: Some deep aromatics of candied citrus and a little warming spice, some whiffs of sweet smoke and toasted cashews.
Palate: With a soft opening of coastal flavours of sweet smoke and subtle peat, dark fruits like red apples and dark dried fruits, a little cinnamon and oak spice add to the great mid palate. A rich and lingering finish of red fruits, vanilla and spice add a great balance to this dram.
