Matured in PX & Oloroso Sherry casks with some amazing Red wine Casks to add to the rich and abundant flavour of this English Single Malt.
Nose: The nose is extremely rich and delicious with a glazed Cherries with hints of sweet coated nuts and vanilla, some dried dark fruits, some spices and whipped cream with a little toffee ripe fruits.
Palate: The palate is alive with spices fruit cake, hints of latte foam, with dark fruits coming into the front and mid palate, cinnamon, red fruits, candied tropical fruits, with a rich fruit cake and a little hint of sweet spices, toasted almond and demerara sugar shell.
A superb dram from one of the new legendary distilleries.
