Nose: Fruity with some sweet spices, a touch of mineral and spice, lots of dried fruit notes mingle with some deliciously aromatic toasted oak, soft caramel.
Palate: With a sweet and savoury tone on the front of the palate that draws your attention nicely to the richness of the whole palate feel, sweet and woody spices, dark chocolate, apricots, some peach and soft melon with honey drizzle, caramel and charred waffle, with a little sweet spice in the finish.
