Nose: Rich creamy notes of vanilla pod, candied orange, golden honey and soft succulent sultana and fruit cake, soft ginger bread and some waxed fruits.
Palate: Soft rich brioche, golden honey and fresh baked shortbread, soft fruity sweetness, spices like cinnamon and hints of gentle all spice with a creamy vanilla and warm ginger snaps with soft fudge, hints of topical fruity juice with a little soft toffee.
