Nose: Soft caramel and vanilla fondant, hints of sweet grass and springtime sweet wild floral notes, some zesty soft mint like aroma in the background, chamomile, Bakewell tart and toffee caramel chews.

Palate: Smooth and rich front of the palate, but a powerful tone pushes to the fore as this incredible dram open on the palate, brioche and milk chocolate buttons, some cereal and soft honey with a little more of that fresh subtle mint takes us to a rich finish with barley sugar candy, soft baked vanilla sponge with crystallised orange peel.
