 Nose: Some very nice Islay aromas of peat smoke, some smoked meats and a little hint of smoked fish, softer creamy notes of vanilla and honey mingle with ease as this dram does its magic in the glass. 

Palate: The palate is very rich with peat smoke, lemon zest, cereal bars and toasted oak, vanilla and honey add some mellow mid tones before we get some smoked fruits and soft coastal tones, creamy coconut and a little chocolate, with a tangy soft spice and a final hit of sweet smoke.  

An outstanding taste.
