Nose: of succulent raisins, sweet and tangy notes with cherries and honey with spiced apple like notes, more dark fruits and crushed almond. 

Palate: Victoria sponge, with some caramel and honey, candied orange, spices, vanilla Ice-cream, sweet currants, and autumn fruits with soft sweet fruit cake. A rich and lingering finish.
