Nose: Sweet aromatic with some soft sweet sherry notes of dark fruits and honey, a really nice tempting nose.
Palate: Smooth and ever so drinkable even at cask strength, lots of sweet fruity notes, a little hint of strawberry and scones, golden honey and toasted waffles with a rich maple syrup note that soon gives way to a sublime milk chocolate and dried dark fruits with berries and hints of ginger.
