Nose: Rather rounded with some rich oak and spice on the nose, Sweet fruits and Smoked barley, charred oak notes are followed by pink peppercorns. Some organic floral notes, with a hint of hard toffee.
Palate: The opening of the palate is as complicated as the nose indicated, some candied almonds, barley sugar and sweet smoked paprika, hints of Barbequed meats and fruit, some lingering notes of cherry blossom and ruby chocolate.
