Nose: Robust smoky aromas like smoked meats and hints of citrus with some seaside notes of seaweed, warn polished leather, more like a west coast Highland or island distillery in profile on the nose now its into the palate.  

Palate: Rich and full bodied peat smoke dark ripe autumnal fruits with a hint of black pepper with Cuban tobacco leaf, some rich fruitcake candied orange, more rich coastal notes flow in and out like the ebbing tide, a long lingering finish of bonfire embers and fruit spices.
